Participation Agreement-east coast project.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and understand that this is a photographer-led photography session offered for a set fee of $100, of which $50 is donated to the nominated dog charity and $50 covers the photographer’s time and costs.

I understand that the photographer will direct the session and may make decisions about location, activities, positioning, composition and the images created, with consideration given to both the photographer’s creative vision and the requirements of an ongoing photographic book project documenting local shepherds and their working dogs.

I give permission for photographs taken during the session to be used by the photographer for the purposes of the book project, portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, promotion and other reasonable photographic or editorial purposes.

I understand that the photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images created, and that I will receive the agreed print and five digital images for personal use, with additional prints and products available for purchase.

I acknowledge that a separate Model Release Form will be provided for signing and agree to the photographer’s full Terms and Conditions relating to the session, image use, copyright and reproduction.
